A reputable, high profile organization requires a Project Manager for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. This person should have experience in critical path scheduling, risk analysis and managing the flow of activity and documentation on more than one project simultaneously. We are looking for an excellent communicator, proactive, highly organized, inclusive and attentive to detail. Teamwork and individual accountability are essential. The Project Manager will support the Site Supers in scheduling, documenting, organizing and solving problems between suppliers, architects, engineers, accounting departments and senior management. This client requires a pro-active individual who can anticipate problems and solve them creatively. This company is also interested in candidates who might not be as senior but could fill a Project Coordinator position initially and then move into more responsibility.
Post-secondary education in engineering, systems, construction trades plus CPM, Gantt and Pert are required. Computer literacy is expected.
