LOCATION: Winnipeg, MB
SALARY: Senior, DOQ
This position requires at least 5 to 8 years of project planning and scheduling in commercial and industrial construction. Our best candidate will be a Project Manager, experienced with planning and scheduling software, dealing with trades, suppliers, site superintendents, project leads and all parties involved with mid to large scale ICI projects. This individual will maintain current and as-built schedules to compare planned and true-cost data and productivity performance. The company needs your expertise at creating and controlling large, multiple work plans, keeping team leads informed of progress or variances in critical path schedules, costs, resource requirements, maintaining PERT charts. The ideal person will be an effective communicator, able to solve problems, work well under pressure and make decisions that affect everyone and ensure a positive outcome.
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction, a Certified Project Manager would be ideal, along with experience in using MS Project, or Primavera
