Required Skills and Experience:

Our client is a successful supplier of food products to domestic and international markets. They currently require a Production Floor Manager to manage activities through supervisors and lead hands in this highly productive plant. A person with 5 years of progressive plant floor management experience, committed to quality and efficiency will be valued. This person should be innovative, an excellent communicator and motivator, experienced in a union environment, able to schedule and execute daily production plans, and coordinate operations with other departments. This Manager will be directing and developing their workforce and quickly resolving any issues.

Education:

Any post-secondary education, coupled with plant floor management experience will suffice.
