This is a challenging, interesting leadership role in a growing, fast-paced company.
Required skills and experience:
Ideally, you will have a Masters of Science, preferably in the biological sciences and 5 years experience in a research lab. Some business or accounting experience would be an asset. Quality or regulatory experience would be a plus. Planning, budgeting, scheduling, costing, estimating, risk assessment, and report-writing abilities are desirable.
If you are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have experience in making presentations, that would be valuable to our client. A strong facility with the English language is required.
You should be an effective leader, able to build relationships with a variety of people, including clients and vendors, staff and others contributing to the business. You will be a results-oriented creative thinker, adept at motivating, and solving problems.
