This information may include your resume, educational records, reference letters, possible test results and information obtained through reference checks, as well as our interview notes. This allows us to match your qualifications with opportunities with our client firms. You have our assurance that this information is confidential and that no resume or personal information will be submitted to our clients without an interview and your permission. We require no other information than what is required to fulfill our mandate. If you have listed names and phone numbers of previous employers for reference checks, we assume your permission to check these sources. If you have no references listed, we will first contact you for names and your permission to check your references. Please do not include in your resume any information such as SIN or health insurance numbers, driver's licence or other personal data that is not required in a job search.
Your information is never traded, sold or leased by us to any external companies. It is disclosed only for legitimate business purposes if there is a job opportunity that may be appropriate. This information may be shared with other members of our firm, or with affiliates, test firms or partnering companies for the same purpose and they too will be held accountable for ensuring your privacy.
